Professor Gibb has worked closely with the Graduate Program in Entrepreneurship at the J.J. Strossmayer University in Osijek over the past five years in supporting the development of the Master's degree programme in entrepreneurship and several of the spin-off and associated initiatives, e.g. the Centre for Entrepreneurship, the Franchising Centre, Entrepreneurs' Forum etc. Professor Gibb has worked extensively throughout Europe in SME and Entrepreneurship development. He will play a major role in welding the various partnership activities together. He will be supported in his advisory role by director Jouko Havunen who has worked for some years in Croatia in building capacity at the undergraduate polytechnic level.
